2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data. This may include the IP address, date and time of access, the requested file or address, referrer URL, browser type and version, operating system, HTTP status code and the amount of data transferred.
The processing is necessary to provide the website securely, reliably and without errors and to prevent and investigate attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the secure and reliable operation of this website. IONOS is engaged as a processor pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.
3. Cookies, tracking and external content
This website does not set its own cookies, use analytics or tracking services, or automatically load fonts, videos, audio players or other third-party content. A cookie consent banner is therefore not provided for the current version of the website.
Links to Spotify, YouTube and Instagram are simple external links. The respective provider’s website is opened only after a link is selected. From that point onwards, the provider’s privacy policy applies.
4. Downloads
Booklets, the Electronic Press Kit, album artwork and press photos are provided directly by this website. The technical server logs described in Section 2 apply when files are downloaded. The website operator does not carry out any additional analysis of downloads.
5. Contact by email or telephone
If you contact us, the information you provide is processed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in responding appropriately to the enquiry.
The data is deleted once the enquiry has been conclusively dealt with, unless statutory retention duties or legitimate grounds require further storage.
6. Recipients and transfers to third countries
The recipient of technical connection data is the hosting provider named above. The website operator does not intend to transfer personal data to third countries. If an external platform is visited voluntarily, processing by the relevant provider may take place, including outside the European Union.
7. Retention period
Server log files are stored only for as long as necessary for operation, security and error analysis. The exact period depends on the selected IONOS tariff and the logging functions enabled there. Other data is deleted according to the criteria described in this policy.
8. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, data subjects have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the authority responsible for your place of residence or for the controller’s registered address.
9. Right to object
Where personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. Contact details are provided in Section 1.
10. Encryption
The website is provided exclusively via encrypted HTTPS connections. This protects transmitted data against interception by third parties.
11. Requirement to provide data and automated decisions
There is no statutory or contractual requirement to provide personal data. However, the website cannot be delivered without technical connection data. No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.
12. Updates
This privacy policy will be updated if the website, hosting tariff or services used change.
